H EALTH & WELLNESS instinctively became a lifelong pursuit and passion while I was determinedly searching for answers to live a better life. In my research and journey to optimal health, I have naturally become an advocate in the health and wellness space, seeking a whole-body approach to both mental health and wellness. I feel compelled to share the knowledge and research I wish I could have found when I needed it.
Adopting Ayurvedic practices and creating mindful habits and rituals has not only helped me strengthen my well-being but has also created a desire and appreciation for how I choose to live in this world and enjoy every day. Many health books on the market often associate a name or label to identify themselves. My aim is to be different in offering a simple lifestyle guide to help you live a healthier, happier, and stronger life while enjoying the beauty in every day.
In the last few years, wellness has become a highly dominant lifestyle value that is profoundly changing our behavior and changing the fitness and nutrition world. As we incorporate more wellness values into our daily lifestyles and become more intentional, integrative, and holistic, there is a renewed need for simple knowledge and education. I originally discovered the fundamental health strategies in this book because I had to LIVE through them. I searched endlessly for answers to a healthier and happier life, and I wish there had been something like this for me when I needed it! My hope is to help ease you into some of the basic concepts that helped transform my life. The benefits attained by adding just a few small lifestyle changes will perpetuate newfound strength and personal well-being.
